Shipping & Exchanges

At Mountain Sky Soap, we strive to ensure that your order arrives quickly and in perfect condition. Below, you’ll find all the details on our shipping policies, delivery times, and how to handle returns or exchanges.

All the prices on the site and all invoices are listed in Canadian funds.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

  • Wholesale orders must meet the 299$ minimum subtotal to order.
  • Orders are typically processed within 1-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Shipping is only available to Canada and is free.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the system.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please check your tracking link first.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the system.
  • If we receive an incorrect address and the order is returned to us, then the customer will be charged for all further costs of shipping to the correct address.

refund & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free refunds and exchanges under the following conditions:

Refunds of Defective or Damaged Items Policy

  • If you received a damaged or defective product, we are happy to exchange it for a new one.
  • Refunds must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Take photos of the damaged item in your email, and we will arrange a replacement.
  • We will provide a pre-paid return label should we need the items to be returned.
  • Defective items must be received within 30 days of getting your pre-paid shipping label.

Exchange Policy

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify for an exchange.
  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and there will be a 10% restocking fee charge.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

1. Email us on our contact page or call 1-866-309-4552 with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will provide return instructions and a return address.

3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a exchange item will be mailed to you for an exchange, or a gift card will be issued to.

We do NOT offer refunds or exchanges for

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items, customs orders, or promotions sales, unless there is a defect or issue.
  • Any non-Mountain Sky products sold on our website.
  • Any perishable items.
